How does the Rewards Card Program work and how do I accrue points?

Present your Selland Family Restaurants Rewards Card at the time of purchase to earn points. Earn one point for each dollar spent at any of our Selland Family Restaurants, including The Kitchen, Ella Dining Room and Bar and Selland's Market-Café. Does not include tax or gratuity.


What is the Selland Family Restaurants Friend of the Family Reward Program?

The Friend of the Family Reward Program consists of a card that you present when dining at any Selland Family Restaurant (The Kitchen Restaurant, Ella Dining Room & Bar, Selland's Market-Café). Accrue points with every purchase and redeem them for food, gifts and gift cards.


How much does it cost to get a card?

There is no cost for our Rewards Cards.


Where do I register my card?

Register your card online at sellandfamily.com. Click on the “Register New Card” button at the top of the page or click here to go to the registration page. Register Now!


Why should I register my card?

You must register your card to redeem your points. You will automatically receive 250 bonus points when you register your card. Registered cardholders also receive other gifts including a birthday gift, an anniversary gift and “surprise gifts”. You receive special discounts on select wine and beer tastings at Selland’s Market Café. If your card is registered we can look up your account by your phone number, if you forgot your card.


I'm trying to register my card and getting a message that my card is inactive.

Cards must be activated at one of our restaurants, and should have been upon first use. If, when registering the card online, you receive a message that says your card is "inactive", please email us at help@sellandfamily.com. Please include the 16 -digit card number on the back of the card and we will assist you.


How do I redeem my points and for what?

Available rewards can be viewed on the "Rewards" section at sellandfamily.com. To redeem points, simply email your request to redeem@sellandfamily.com


What if don't have my card with me?

If you have registered your card, your server or cashier can use your phone number.


How do I find out how many points I have?

You can check your points balance online at sellandfamily.com. Click on the “Account Login” button at the top of the page, or click here to login to your account.


What if I forgot my login and password?

Passwords can be recovered at sellandfamily.com. If you have forgotten your username, please email us at help@sellandfamily.com. Please include your 16-digit card number.


What is a Family card?

Upon reaching 30,000 lifetime points, you will be automatically upgraded to the Family tier. Benefits of the Family tier include free corkage at all Selland Family Restaurants, free valet at Ella Dining Room & Bar, and priority reservations at The Kitchen Restaurant.


What happens if I don't receive points for a transaction where I presented my card?

Points are awarded on your card at the close of business day. For large purchases, points can take up to one week to be applied. If you feel like points were not added to your card, please email help@sellandfamily.com. Please include your 16-digit card number, restaurant location, check number and sub-total of the check.


What do I do if I forgot to give my server my card at the time of paying my transaction?

Speak to the manager of the restaurant, or email us at help@sellandfamily.com . Please include your 16-digit card number, restaurant location, check number and sub-total of the check. We can add points to your account for transactions up to 30 days past time of dining.


Do I accrue points when I dine and pay with a gift card?

Yes.


Do I accrue points when purchasing gift cards?

No, points are awarded when the gift card is redeemed.


Do I get points on tax, gratuity, and/or automatic service charges?

No. Points are awarded on the check sub-total.


What happens if I lose my card?

If you previously registered your card, you can continue to use that account with your phone number. If you would like a new card, email help@sellandfamily.com to request a new card. Please note, if your lost card was previously registered we can transfer your points balance. If your card was not previously registered, we are not able to transfer previously accrued points.
